Yes! We are currently taking new clients and we will do our best to respond to you in 24 business hours or less. 

We aim to make counseling affordable and accessible to everyone. Private Pay sessions range from 80 (intern) - 140 (fully licensed therapist). We also accept all major insurances and have some sliding scale spots available as well. 

Your first session will look a little different than sessions moving forward. Your first session is going to be a lot of your clinician asking questions and getting to know you to see what has been going on and for how long so that they can best assist you. I often say I feel a little like the Riddler from Batman in that first session, but sessions after that are a lot more causal! Come as you are and we will collaborate and help you make the progress you're seeking.

A typical counseling session at Level Up Counseling lasts for 53 minutes. This allows your clinician to schedule you, write the note, and stretch so they are refreshed and on time for their next session. If you need  more time, please talk with your clinician about scheduling an additional session. 

We are so glad if you have supportive people in your life; some people do not have that and that can make healing even more difficult. Even if you do have that, your therapist is a trained individual who can help you discover the tools necessary to succeed by helping with: accountability, skills, processing, exploration, breaking cycles and bad cycles, and so much more! At Level Up Counseling, we want do exactly that- help you level up your life in a shame free and supportive environment.
