I’m Jordan, a Licensed Professional Counselor at Level Up Counseling! I’m a relational therapist specializing in couples therapy and individual counseling. As a relational therapist, I believe that much of our life satisfaction is connected to the health of our relationships. If you are struggling with friendships, intimacy, self-connection, or family conflict, life can feel disorienting. I work to foster a human connection with each of my clients to help them gain insight into the sources of their pain, and through a healthy connection, better understand themselves in relation to their social system. Clinically, I support this work with modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and parts work. My goal is to create a comfortable space to explore, learn skills, and have confidence to live your own values-based life. Some of my favorite things to work with are sexuality, intimacy, Anxiety, ADHD, Grief, and LGBTQIA+ (trans, poly, and kink-affirming) issues. I work primarily with couples and individuals over 16. If you think we may be a good fit, please reach out for a free consultation.

My name is Tiffany Meek, and I’m the manager here at Level Up Counseling. With over six years of experience in the mental health field, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and support. My career began in community mental health, working with children and adults facing severe mental illness, as well as those impacted by poverty. This experience has fueled my passion for supporting others, especially during difficult or unexpected times. I believe therapy should be a place where growth, self-discovery, and healing can flourish—a space where you can express yourself freely, without judgment. My approach to therapy is rooted in person-centered care, meaning I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques, and other therapy modalities to guide you toward your goals. For children, I incorporate play therapy along with CBT/DBT to help them manage emotions and behaviors in a constructive way.
I am also a strong advocate for healthy communication and empowering my clients through meaningful dialogue. Whether you are an individual seeking personal growth, a child learning to regulate emotions, or a couple working to improve communication and boundaries, increase emotional connection or learn to resolve conflict, I’m here to offer support and guidance every step of the way.At Level Up Counseling, we believe in the power of human connection. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where you feel heard, seen, and understood. Together, we will work to achieve the results you’re striving for. Hi! My name is Aisha Khorana, and I am a Pre-Licensed Professional Counselor at Level Up Counseling, as well as a third-year Ph.D. student in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Missouri - St. Louis.
I believe everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore the parts of themselves they often keep hidden, and to feel supported as they work toward greater self-understanding, confidence, and well-being. My goal is to help you slow down, reflect, and make sense of what might be happening beneath the surface. Through awareness and intervention, therapy can become a space for healing, growth, and empowerment. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing challenges related to anxiety, self-confidence, depression, body image, identity, belonging, and chronic illness. My approach to therapy is collaborative and adapted to fit your unique needs. I integrate elements of Relational-Cultural Theory (RCT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), grounded in a trauma-informed, person-centered approach. This combination of modalities allows space for connection and deeper exploration of experiences and cultural contexts that have shaped you. Together, we will discuss what matters most to you with patience and curiosity, moving towards healing at a pace that feels supportive and comfortable. Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don’t have to do the rest alone. If you are ready to get started or have any questions, please reach out! I would be honored to walk alongside you towards healing. If you think we may be a good fit, please reach out for a free consultation.

Hi! My name is Emily, and I’m really glad you’re here. If you’re looking for support for your child or teen—or you’re a young person reading this yourself—I’d love to partner with you as you navigate life’s challenges and figure out what works best for you. It’s truly a privilege for me to help young people make sense of big feelings, stressful experiences, and everyday struggles while creating a space where they feel comfortable being themselves. I specialize in working with kids and teens experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, school anxiety or school refusal, and I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care.
Alongside my work as a therapist, I also work as a school social worker, which allows me to closely support students within the school environment and understand the real-life challenges kids and teens face each day. I’m familiar with school-based supports such as accommodations, 504 plans, IEPs, and collaborating with teachers and families to help students feel more successful and supported at school. Because of this, I often help clients and families problem-solve around school stress, attendance concerns, and navigating systems that can sometimes feel overwhelming. My approach is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, person-centered, and strengths-based, and I use tools from CBT, DBT, and ACT to support each client’s goals. I also enjoy incorporating interests like video games, art, music, or other hobbies into sessions because therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating—it can feel comfortable, engaging, and (if you can believe it) sometimes even fun! I’m a licensed social worker and currently offer virtual therapy for clients in Illinois. Whether you’re looking for support, new coping skills, or just a safe space to talk things through, I’d be honored to work with you. If you think we may be a good fit, please reach  out for a free consultation.

My name is Isa Hardy, and I am a Counselor-in-Training and intern at Level Up Counseling. I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UMSL. I deeply believe that people are capable of growth, change, and creating meaningful lives aligned with what matters most to them. I am committed to supporting clients through intentional self-exploration, healing, and personal growth. Through my experience working within the Therapeutic Foster Care system and adolescent rehabilitation facilities, I have had the privilege of serving children (ages 5 and up), teens, and young adults from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and life experiences. These experiences have shaped my belief that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to healing. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely cared for, regardless of your background or life experiences. My work is informed by an integrative, existential, strengths-based, culturally-sensitive, and trauma-informed perspective, allowing me to understand how past experiences, identity, and context have shaped where you are today, while also helping you envision and work toward where you want to go. I am especially attentive to how culture and personal identity intersect with mental health and well-being, drawing from ongoing multicultural training and lived experiences that strongly inform my work. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to exist exactly as they are and, if they choose, to explore themselves with curiosity, compassion, and openness.Therapy can be both challenging and deeply transformative. My goal is to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, develop meaningful patterns, and move toward your goals at a pace that feels right for you. If you are considering therapy or simply have questions, I welcome you to reach out. I would be honored to support you.
